Who we are

Cornbury is a social and support group of crossdressers and transgender people. We also welcome your spouses and significant others and others in the community who support you. Our membership includes closeted crossdressers, married and single people, out-and-proud folks and people who live fulltime in the gender they identify with.

What we stand for

Our principles are simple. We’re inclusive, non-judgmental, accepting, respectful and supportive, and we ask the same of you.

We respect each other’s need for confidentiality to whatever degree they need. We respect the places we go and the people we encounter.

It’s not rocket science, really.

What we do

We’re a social and support group. We don’t have the skills or resources to offer counselling, but we do know how to have a good time and thoroughly enjoy our chosen lifestyle, whether that’s for an evening or full time. Many of our meetings are get-togethers for dinners.

Esprit

Esprit is an annual convention held in Port Angeles, Washington. It’s been going since 1990 and Cornbury has been one of the three sponsoring organisations since its beginning. It runs for a week in May and is well worth your time to attend. Spouses and significant others are welcome and a special program series is available for them. Financial assistance is available.

Registration opens on New Year’s Eve. Discounts are available – the earlier you register, the more you save.
