Ingredients:
- 1 can Stagg Chili (any flavour)
- Jar of salsa (medium or hot)
- 8oz Philadelphia Cream cheese
- Cheddar Cheese (medium or old)
- 1 small can of green chilies
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, once soft spread evenly around the bottom of a 9” glass pie plate. Spread the can of chili evenly on top of cream cheese. Spread as much salsa as you like over the chili but do not make it too runny. Shred cheese over the top of the salsa.
Option: spread the green chilies over the cream cheese, chili or salsa.
Bake on a cookie tray @ 350F for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
