Artichoke Dip

Jacqueline made this for the 2002 Hallowe'en Party - now you can too.

Ingredients

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2 - 4 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup low cal mayonnaise
dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp cayenne
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together - a food processor works well! Bake in ovenproof dish at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with crackers or baguettes.
